  • The panel will be fabricated using suitable cold rolled sheet steel of thickness not less than 2mm for load bearing and 1.6mm for non-load bearing.
  • The panel edges and door edges will be reinforced against distortion by rolling, bending or by the addition of welded reinforcement members.
  • The complete structure will be rigid, self-supporting, free from vibration, twists and bends.
  • All sheet steelwork will be phosphate in accordance with applicable standards.
  • Oil, grease, dirt and swarf are thoroughly removed by emulsion cleaning.
  • Rust and scale will be removed by pickling with dilute acid followed by washing with running water, rising with slightly alkaline hot water and drying.
  • After phosphating through rining will be carried out with clean water, followed by final rinsing with dilute dichromate solution and oven drying.
  • Seven Tank Process will be done
  • Light Siemens Grey Paint will be coated
  • The final finished thickness of paint film on steel will be more than 100microns, and will not be more than 150microns
  • Finished painted appearance of Panel will present an aesthetically pleasing appearance, free from dents and uneven surface.

INTERNAL WIRING:

  • Wiring inside the switch-gear will be carried out with 1100/650V grade, PVC insulated wire.
  • Control circuit will be wired with copper conductor of at least 1.5Sq.mm.
