Auto Main Failure (AMF) Panels

We offer wide range of AMF Panel which is applicable in conjunction with generators, where  it detects power failure through relays and activates the generator. AMF Panel means Automatic Main Failure Panel and it is generally connected with generators. It detects the power failure and starts the generator within a certain time limit and automatically switches off when there is electricity. Amongst the many applications, these are used for the continuous monitoring of three-phase voltage/current/frequency of mains and DG and its battery voltage.

We manufacture and supply AMF (Auto Mains Failure) Panel as per the specific requirements of the clients. These panels are used for controlling power supply in various industries like processing plants, hospitals etc. On the request of the clients, we customized these panels (both automatic and manual modes) to meet client-specific requirements.

This kind of mechanism reduces the time generally taken to manually switch in or out of DG sets.  It can even ensure constant flow of process in case of a power failure or fluctuation.

·         Automatically starts the generator when the main supply power fails.

·         Automatically  changeover of the load from main supply power to generator supply power and vice versa.

·         For Auto/ Manual operation feather switch is provided on the front panel of AMF with separate indicators.

·         For manual operation of generator, separate START/STOP feather switch is provided.

·         For fault condition fault indicator is provided along with buzzer alarm.

·         Intelligent battery monitor cum charger is provided along with LED indication.

·         Power relays are used in changeover
